 We will cover Fiske's theories of Representation in TV Drama and the ways in which audiences 'read' TV drama characters in lesson 7 with specific focus on the Inbetweeners.  But, the slides below offer a more detailed overview of his 5 key ideas of 'reading character' (Chp 9) from his book Television Culture.
